Return/ Exchange

Merchandise is sold to Customer under the following terms and conditions:
DELIVERY INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF MERCHANDISE
A. By taking possession of the merchandise, the Customer accepts and certifies the merchandise is in good condition, free from damage or defect, unless specifically notated as unacceptable on the pickup or delivery receipt. B. Please note: Delivery personnel are not qualified nor authorized to make modifications nor alterations to any merchandise, nor to install any electrical equipment or to hang mirrors, pictures, lamps, wall plaques or appliqués on walls or ceilings.

ONLINE SALES CANCELLATION POLICY.
Online sales may only be cancelled within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Once merchandise is shipped or loaded, the order cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

RETURN POLICY.
Returns of items purchased online are permitted within 48 hours of delivery if the merchandise was not as expected. Refunds will be made for the purchase price of the merchandise plus tax, but not the delivery charge. In addition, returns may incur a restocking fee equal to delivery charge. If you choose White Glove Delivery and a return is made, your refund may be subject to a re-stocking fee of $199. To initiate a return, please contact the store at 561-370-3191, and they will provide instructions for returning your merchandise. Please include your original sales order number when contacting the store. You are responsible for returning the merchandise in the condition in which it was delivered. Items delivered via USPS must be returned via USPS at the customer’s expense. Once the merchandise has been returned to us, refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

SHOWROOM SALES
For purchases made in KSLOIR Furniture showroom, no refunds are available and sales cannot be cancelled after merchandise has been delivered. Same Day Delivery orders are not eligible for refund or cancellation. A total refund is available only if there has been no delivery and you cancel the sale within 24 hours of the date of purchase. If you do not cancel the sale within 24 hours, but cancel prior to delivery, only 80% of the purchase price will be refunded. a. Sales for Delivery within the State of Florida: All merchandise shall be deemed automatically accepted by Customer upon delivery, unless objected to at time of delivery and returned as unacceptable with the delivery personnel. Merchandise accompanied with specific return instructions, allowing for a different return timeframe, are excluded from automatic acceptance, but subject to the terms of such instructions. Upon acceptance, all sales are final, non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non- returnable. b. Sales for Delivery outside the State of Florida and within the continental United States: All merchandise shall be deemed automatically accepted by the Customer upon delivery. Merchandise accompanied with specific return instructions, allowing for a specific return timeframe, are excluded from automatic acceptance, but subject to the terms of such instructions. Upon shipment, all sales are final, non-cancelable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non- returnable. c. Certain mattress manufacturers may offer a “mattress comfort” or similar test period, allowing for the return of the mattress within a certain time period. KSLOIR Furniture will honor the manufacturer’s test period subject to each manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

ADDITIONAL TERMS
a. Merchandise availability is not guaranteed. KSLOIR Furniture reserves the right to cancel your order at any time, if the merchandise becomes unavailable. KSLOIR Furniture assumes no liability to Customer for such cancellations. b. KSLOIR Furniture will endeavor to complete all deliveries within the specified time; however, due to unforeseen circumstances, inventory availability, manufacturing schedules and packaging standards, additional service visits may be required to complete the delivery of the entire order. To better ensure the quality of your delivery, merchandise goes through various levels of inspection before shipment. Depending on the type of furniture and the inspection process done at our store, some furniture may be delivered in-carton, while others may be delivered out-of-carton.

REFUND PROCEDURE
a. Refund requests shall be accepted only from original purchaser, as identified in the Sales Order. Refunds shall be made to original purchaser as the same appears in the Sales Order and/or account, regardless of the identity of payor. Refunds will be made to customer in the same form as the original payment or by company check. Credit cards refunds shall be made only to credit card(s) used in original purchase.

CASH REFUNDS ARE PROHIBITED.
All refund are subject to verification. Approved refunds will be processed and issued within 10 working days of request.
